LSE lower entry requirement

Does LSE lower your offer if you take 4 A-Levels instead of 3? Do they accept languages as a subject?

Lowers offers will only be made if a course is not full. LSE has some incredibly popular courses that will never offer lower, simply as they are over-prescribed. See if your course is on unistats etc to get a view on this.

1) no, they don’t lower your offer.

2) They do accept languages, but only if it’s a language you’ve learnt from scratch. E.g. If you live in China, and have Mandarin A-level, they will refuse to recognise it as a valid A-level. Similarly, if you are from, for example, an Iranian family, and speak Persian at home, they will not accept Persian A-level from you.
