Im going into my third year studying biomed and haven’t moved out before. Last year my grades weren’t great in exams, in one I got at a D-, because I live around kids and it can get really noisey, they were doing construction work during exam time, I can hear my neighbours through the walls and I share a room with my sister who works so I couldn’t revise at night either because i had no where else to go. The problem is I really don’t want to move out. I suffer from extreme anxiety, the thought of it scares me, also because my uni is not accredited i have to do an extra degree after this, so I need to save up as much as I can, the room costs around £6000. My uni only gave me 1 day to make the descion so please help.

If you need to save, then that should be your priority. You an use your university resources - library, designated study spaces, to get work done. You could also have a conversation with your family about creating you a designated working space at home. You can get noise-cancelling headphones to help with the noise.
