Hey. Recently I received conditioner offer and it says Course level: 1 (NQF6)
What does it mean? Is it year one of bachelor degree?

I'm not sure what the course level entails, but I'd assume it means entry level (or year number?), as in you are starting with first year (zero expected knowledge), in appose to a course switch?

But I can tell you that NQF6 means National Qualifications Framework level 6; which is a regular University degree according to gov.uk:
