Nights are drawing in and well we spend more time inside, but do you find you read more in winter? Or do you end up caught up with work or distracted watching tv?

For me.. TV series start again and end up filling most of my free time :ashamed2:

I definitely read a lot less during autumn/winter, specifically because all the good TV shows come out (woohoo Bake Off!) Summer is my best time to read, I have more free time to dedicate to a good book.

I read more in the summer. Being able to sit outside away from tech makes it easier to stay focused.

I'd say I probably read mostly in Autumn, although I read quite a bit year round.

It definitely makes it easier when you can stay indoors and be cosy and not feel bad for not going outside.

I spend pretty much the same amount of time for reading books all the year round, can't see a difference.

I get distracted by tsr. This is a permanent state of mind

I read a lot but rather than new books I keep going back to old favourites like vanity fair and wuthering heights

Still waiting for my heathcliff to materialise
