Do unis tend to accept applications from people already on a course.

There's a uni i want to go to but was too late applying.

Yes it is possible to transfer to a new university, the process varies with each university and the option to do so is dependent on the availability of the course you want to do and a few other factors but it is an option.

The first thing you need to do is speak with your current tutor or head of department and express your issues. They can then determine whether it's just additional support that you need or advise you on the next steps if it is something you still wish to go ahead with.
There's usually some paperwork to complete and you may be asked to attend a meeting or interview for the university of your choice, but again this is dependent on the university and course.
