BMAT October 2019 for 2020 entry

Can somebody please advise me on BMAT scores. I'm looking at last year stats and wondering how you get to an average BMAT score of say 68%. How is it calculated? Does anyone know?

For example if I got 5.7 for section 1, 5.7 for section 2 and 3A for section 3, how would I work out a percentage?

Apologies if I'm being stupid.

I’ve never seen percentages of it, I normally see unis asking for each score in each section.

But to work out a percentage, you would do:

5.7 5.7 3/9 9 5
14.4/23 *100= 62.6 or 63%

Because section 1 and two are out of 9 each and section 3 is out of 5. Hope that helps :smile:
