BTEC Level 3 IT Unit 1 and 2 help

Hello everyone, I want to get ahead of everyone else this year and I am aiming for a high Merit or Distinction in both exams, does anyone doing or done IT have really good tips for achieving high grades in general? Anything is welcome and helpful!

My generation where to start the database exam which was super hard and most people failed or pass but I passed. Aim for merit for that because there is a lot to it. I recommend you watch this guys run-through of it https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCFKROzCbRBVMxYGvqeqULQ. Unit 2 is not too bad but because it's mostly basic things people think it's easy and they fail in exam, therefore, you need to make sure your learning keywords in that.
