I was just watching a chef on the news and it showed he had a big **** off sleeve tattoo (uncovered) and was cooking peoples' food at the same time. Would you eat his food if you knew that?

Sure, someone having tattooes wouldn’t bother me at all as long as they had good personal and hand hygiene

Don't think somebody's tattoos dictate how good of a chef or cook they are lmao

If he is a good cook and keeps his hygiene then I don't really see the issue

Literally just finished eating a meal prepared by someone with a massive tattoo of the Grim Reaper on his bicep. Didn't change how it tasted!

Tattoos are only that: skin deep. I've 10, with #11 booked for Friday. Doesn't affect my ability to carry out any task assigned to me.

Of course! his skills as a chef does not depend on his skin. Same goes for the personality and character traits. They are people like you and me, they don't deserve to be demonized.

Any gastro pub will have a bloke with tats handing over your burger. Couldn't care less.

A restaurant has disposable gloves and disinfecting agents for this purpose. That is the least problem.

Is there some sort of worry the tattoo will fall off into the food or something? :/

Unless the place has an open kitchen most of the time you can't see what the person making your food looks like anyway so it's a redundant question

Sorry but no. If I am in a fancy restaurant and the waiter serving me is covered in tattoos I would walk out and never return.
