Becoming more stressed Watch
I started sixth form this Monday and although I’ve never thought of myself as a generally stressed or anxious person I’ve noticed that especially before school on my way in I get super uncomfortable and start to overthink. Like my stomach jumps whenever I think of a potentially bad outcome and although I know that whatever it is is either out of my control or irrational I can’t help but feel this way.
Anyone got tips on to just stay calm or deal with minor anxiety in general? Like I said I’ve never thought of myself as particularly anxious so I’m quite clueless on how to deal with it.
