i have been living in uk for 2 and half years. i am health and social care final year student. after finishing this course, i would like to study nursing or midwifery course in university. but the student finance loan websites states that i should have been living for 3 years before starting course. it will be 3 years when i finish my health and social care course but it also says that we should have settled residenct status which means no restrictions or limitation for visa but i do have have visa only untill 2022. furthermore, it also says the family member of armed force also can get finance support; my husband is working as a british army and he has already got british passport so if anyone knows if i am eligible for student finance???

If you don’t have a uk passport or unlimited right to remain then you aren’t eligible for student funding. You need to sort out your immigration status first and then look into university funding
