Parents learning allowance

I applied for parents learning allowance and was declined, even though our income was less than £15,000. Now my partner has started a full time college course and I am in full time university so either will be working. Would I be eligible for this now and how do I go about applying again?

thas weird, are you sure you sent the right documents or thta you qualified?? if i were you i would give the, a call for an explanation
