Hello!

I recently read about the changes to qualifying as a solicitor in 2021 under the SQE and I was wondering if anyone has any insight as to:

1) whether overseas law students are eligible to take the SQE and

2) whether the 2 years relevant work can be completed anywhere in the world.

Thank you very much!
