If spiders eat each other. Then how come u get soo many in an attic/loft - surely there’d only have been 1 alpha remaining with all potential mates dead?

Also where tf do spiders go in winter?

I'd say its because all the ones of a similar size think it's too risky to go try and start a fight to the death that they might lose. Also idk if you've noticed but spiders are lazy f**kers and like to just sit in their web.

In winter they all hide in ur bed for the warmth and come out in the night and poo on ur face
