I'm in my early 20s and I'm tired all the time. I get 8 hours sleep a night, have a balanced diet ensuring I get all my nutrients in, and eat at least 5 fruit and/or veg a day.

I get a good night's sleep but lack energy from morning through to the evening. I literally don't have the will to do anything and it's both draining and upsetting.
I was checked for anaemia a few months ago but my results came back ok. I have no idea what else it could be? Is the best bet going to my GP?

Definitely go back to your GP and get either the full bloods test to make sure you're not low on vitamins / minerals, they will probably do a TATT test (Tired All The Time) which will check your levels.
