At GCSE i got 5A* and 8A with one my A* being in the welsh baccalaureate, however, while filling in my UCAS form i noticed that the welsh baccalaureate is not an option in the GCSE section and is listed as separate qualification. Does anyone know if medical schools will count my this A* as one of my GCSE's or not? :/

Hmmm... I’m unsure about this as well.... have you tried contacting the universities ( admissions team ) and see what they say as they have experience with different qualifications

Some do, some don't. Check websites and it often details either way

I have checked a few websites but they only seem to have info about whether it is accepted as an A level and nothing about it as a GCSE
