I have been battling an eating disorder (not diagnosed) my school noticed I had lost weight and I just covered it up because I been in hospital so I said I lost my appetite they also noticed I wasn’t eating my lunch which I blamed on not having an appetite , is it right my school didn’t notice , because I’m sure schools should know the signs and could of help me ( I’m healthy now)

Well they can only do so much. It’s not like they were completely blind to the idea of it. They knew something was wrong twice yet if you chose to not share it, they can’t force it out of you. But I am happy that you’re healthy and safe now. That’s what matters
