1. ask for tequilla shots, pour way to much salt on your hand and shake it opnto the bad, and throw the lemon in the ashtray.
2. talk deliberately quietly in a loud club, and say pardon two (three is pushing) times when they say how much it costs
3. pay in a large note, and don't move away from the bar until you have put all the change in your wallet and the wallet in your pocket

but that's the beauty of it... you do it after you get the drink
Where there is a will there is a way! The bar i worked in we used to be really horrible. One night there was a bunch of really leery lads who had been annoying us non stop so we waited till they ordered a huge round then reported them to the doorman and had them thrown out before they could even start their drinks! £50 down the sink-quite literally!
