CPR student fiancé

Hi can anyone just offer some reassurance
I used two years of funding
I failed both years and studied bioscience
I applied for cpr for one year and was awarding giving me 3 years of funding.
I’ve just started a new course and when I rang up they had blocked me fee but said it should be sorted in five days I just need some reassurance I will get it, the woman on the phone said it should be fine and it’s a computer error but I’m still panicking and I’ve already started uni

Hi,

If you have sent enough evidence to award you a year of funding back we will approve your fees. This evidence takes around 21 working days for review at the moment.
