Is there anybody out there that can please help me solve this riddle, it's driving me crazy:

    What is it??

Sweetest of sound in orchestra heard
Yet in an orchestra never have been
    Bird in light plumage
    Yet less like a bird
Nothing in nature has ever been seen
On earth I expire, in water I die
Yet I run, swim and fly
If I cannot be guessed by a boy or a man
By a girl or a woman I certainly can

Please email me at [email protected] if you know the answer

    Thanks very much

Thank you very much for the clue, I just knew there'd be a smart-cookie or 2 on this site somewhere. I've been on every website I could find but cannot locate anything relating to the quote, so if you know the answer, then I would really appreciate knowing it.

    Thanks for your help
