Hi there

I would suggest you try to attend all events in the orientation timetable. They are important as you are given information from various departments that will help you settle into your course and the university itself. You should attend anything that involves meeting your tutors, teaching and learning on the course and your enrolment slot. The social events you can miss if you want however these are great opportunities to make new friends. I would also recommend you attend the Arrivals Fair (Freshers Fair) at Marylebone either Thursday or Friday this week.
