Huge difference.

Past papers are the most important revision tool I used to succeed in A-Levels, and many who do them share that experience. Knowing the foundations is important, but what is also important is that questions often are repeated with a very similar style. I don't like this at all, but unfortunately that means if someone practices this style of questions more than you, they might know their stuff worse but end up with better grades.

Definitely prioritise past papers in your revision!
