bath welcome pack 2019

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else has not received the welcome pack from the student union. The email was sent two weeks ago, and they said it would arrive in the post in the next few days.

I was just wondering this myself, I got the email on the 5th of September. It is now 12 days later and I'm due to move away from home and into the accommodation this Saturday. So it would be pretty useless if it arrives after I leave.
