Banksy MPs as chimpanzees painting up for auction

Alex Branczik, from Sotheby's, said Banksy "confronted the burning issues of the day".

He said the artist "distils society's most complicated political situations into just one, deceptively simple image that is readily shareable in our social media age".

Yeah, it does all that and much more. This made me think of Danny Baker, they probably were on the same wavelength.

Why is that, is there anything wrong with the BBC?

Never mind that, do you have any idea of what the painting means? No mention of it on the BBC link among the promotional stuff but it looks to me as if Banksy is portraying MPs as part of a circus act as much as Baker was with the Royals in his re-tweet. I do believe him on that, we had that discussion. That's the same wavelength they seem to be on with such contrasting fortunes, the way we frame things. I wouldn't have it on the wall, to be frank.
