I got average gcses but I want to go to law at a good school
My biggest concern is that I got a B in English language and English is my FIRST language. Also an A for English Lit.
Otherwise I did average/ kinda bad... 2 A*'s 4 A's 3 B's
I really want to to Kings or UCL for law

A levels and the rest of your app matter more.
If you are that wound up about English then resit it.

Your GCSEs are fine for Kings/UCL including the grade B English Language. Now it's time to forget them and focus on your A levels

You arent they and they are wound up by it. If its such a big deal to them they can resit it and then its not an issue and will cease being a worry.
