90 credits in ma

after a successful appeal i got 90 credits in MA Translational studies. what do i do? ****. i just screwed the hard earned money(i am an international study) and managed to be homesick and did nothing but managed to screw up.

Try not to panic. Do those credits convert into an exit qualification like a PGCert? Can they be transferred to another university?
