There's not a 'how-to-guide' on that. It will happen if you meet new people. Do stuff. It's not like going to the shop and purchasing something.
Go out and join societies/groups which have a fair number of guys in. Talk to guys, show interest in them, ask them out.

In all seriousness to the OP. There isn't really a 'set' way to find someone. Joining groups, societies etc. is a great place to start as you'll already have an immediate similar interest to the people there.
Airdrop your snapcode in public spaces and talk to the guys who add you, making sure they're not f boys/ douchebags :smile:
