Changing courses(to another uni) after first year?

I'm going into first year now(staying home this year is not an option), and I'm having second thoughts about the course I'm doing. The uni I'm going to doesn't do the course I want to change to, so I'm wondering if anyone knows how this works, e.g. will I have to apply through UCAS again?
