That knowledge that you're going to have to do this 4 more times, the knowledge that you are going to feel the exact same way for another 4 days until the weekend.

Can I go back to being 2 now please.

Agreed but apart from weekends I think you have to maximise your mornings and evenings to be fulfilling. Maybe sleep a little earlier but meet ppl after work/study and wake earlier so you can chill a bit before study/work , going gym or exercising helps me a lot pre or post daily grind!

I'm the opposite lol, I can't handle not doing stuff and like to be constantly stimulated and doing something so Im always itching to wake up earlier and find it hard to do nothing and think nothing to go to sleep
