How am I looking down on unis bc of this?

So this year I got into an okay and bed uni but I rejected them cos I knew I could do better and get into a better university.

A friend of mine said I was looking down on universities....

I mean tbh, the unis I had one was ranked in the 90-100....the other 20-30 but it wasn’t where I wanted to go.

Sure all unis have credit and are good but I knew I could do better.

I tried to explain to her that personally I didn’t go because I could do better and get into a better uni, doesn’t mean her uni etc is bad.

She doesn’t care and now she keeps annoying jabbing me with “arrogant”

You are better off going to a good uni if you can. They are right that it isn’t the end of the world.
Personally, I think you're right. Not all unis are the same. Some have more demanding courses than others, some have more modules than others and so on. That's simply a fact.

Taking that into account, it will help you secure that first job/ additional education because you completed a more demanding course relative to others.
