I am a LLB graduate in UK and I got rejected by New York Board of the admission to sit on the bar exam, due to the duration of the LLB. I am currently doing the LPC, if I completed the LPC, together with the LLB, will that allow me to sit on the new york bar exam?

That doesn't sound as though it is correct. My husband couldn't take his New York Bar as he did a BA Law and Politics so wasn't enough law modules for NY. However it was for the California Bar so he did that instead. An LLB shold be fine for NY. I would query this.

However on second thought perhaps it is because you are not already qualified as a solicitor as my husband was already qualified for a number of years.

I did LLB with Politics, and i get rejected base on the same reason that it wasnt enough law modules for NY. So I am wondering if I complete the LPC LLM together, will that be sufficient?

Probably not because my husband had an LLM in Corporate Law too. But check as it may have changed. He did his 9years ago.
