Afternoon,

I am repeating year 13 but I am doing it on my own, only going to school to take the exams. I am obviously still in education, even if formally it isn't considered to be 'full-time' as I am at home. I would prefer to go to school obviously but my college wouldn't let me retake with them.

What are my options here? Should mum claim tax credit for me? Can she?

If you’re talking about child benefits continuing post-16. Pretty sure you are only eligible if you are in full time education
