Unfortunately I don't know about that. If no one else is able to chime in, have you tried contacting a staff member of that course and asking directly?

Kind of. It’s not called reading week, it’s called Guided Studies week, and it isn’t intended to be a half term holiday. Many courses don’t have any lectures, but some still run seminars, and some courses use it for field trips or other activities.

From the students I have spoken to here it seems that STEM and Law don’t get reading weeks.

It’s mainly just Humanities and Arts subjects that get Reading Week
