It will have been from a teacher/school who shared it illegally. My advice would be to not reshare it.

It shouldn't be allowed on the public domain as some schools may use it for mock tests

nope, it should be allowed, it should be illegal for schools to be lazy and use the last gcse papers. some students: those who have tuition or an older sibling will have a massive advantage.
