You can use the calculator so it’s not really mental maths and it’s easier in the real thing in my opinion

Takes so long to use the calculator though and you only have around 40 seconds for each question so the calculator isn’t really that helpful

Practise makes perfect honestly. Get yourself used to typing in the numbers on a keyboard on a desktop, that speeds things up and it’s a lot more useful to be able to extract stuff from tables and graphs than to do mental maths. For QR it’s really important to get more questions right than to try and do all of them and get only half right. And make use of the flag. Flag questions and move on if it’s taking too long.
