I know this is extremely unlikely, but would they consider taking the North of England with them? There was a petition signed a few years ago stating that many Northerners have also had it with Westminster and the South East and want to join Scotland instead. Considering the Scots and Northern English actually seem to get along really well, what are Scottish people's thoughts on this?

Not Scottish for the opinion you wanted but surely they can't take North England because it's, well, England?

No. The only parties elected in the North East are unionist.

England might attempt to keep the border constituencies though.
