Explorer Belt

So, I'm an explorer scout and my group is considering doing the explorer belt, which involves a 10 day trip to another country (any country) and whilst there, 10 small projects (e.g: milking a cow or trying local foods) must be done and 1 major project must be done (e.g: building a school or teaching English) and 50hrs of travelling must be done whilst in the country of choice. I was wondering if anybody on here had any suggestions about which country/ies would be viable options for this challenge or perhaps if anybody had any suggestions about a major project that could be done.
