Pheobe, Andy and Polly share £270.

Pheobe gets twice as much as Andy who gets twice as much as Polly.

Work out how much they each get.

Please attach working out if it's possible.

Let x be the amount Polly receives.
Andy gets twice as much as Polly, hence, 2*x=2x.
Phoebe receives twice as much as Andy, 2*2x=4x
Use ratios:
Ph:A:Po
4x : 2x : x = 270
7x=270
x=270/7
Multiply 270/7 by 4 and 2 to get the values for Phoebe and Andy
