Master's research - Do you work for small business?

Hello everyone

I'm currently researching the level of mindful organising and risk in small UK business (1-250 staff) as part of my MSc at Portsmouth University. If you work for a small business in the UK and have a few minutes to spare I'd really like to capture your views to support my dissertation.
The survey is completely anonymous - no company names and no individual names.
