Hello. I am doing my assessment. I feel I know what is that mean, but not sure of it.

"IV infusion has tissued." . I think the meaning of "Tissued" includes extravasation or infiltration, or both extravasation and infiltration.

Does anyone know about it clearly?

Thanks
