What is more urgent between tissued IV and Pre-operative medication?

Which one need intervention more urgently??
a) A patient with tissued IV fluid, and missed IV antibiotics.

b)A patient need to leave the ward now for OP but haven't had pre-operative medication

This depends on what the pre-op meds are, if they're critical meds, if they're genuinely needed pre op. I would, however, definitely sort this first - he op may be critical, and getting a new cannula in, re-starting fluids and prepping antibiotics for your other patient will take longer.
