Residency Evidence for ILR holders
Hi
For holders of Indefinite leave to remain, we all know that SFE is basically replicating the HO job by asking for evidence of being legally resident in the UK for 3 years prior to start of the course of study . Never mind that HO grants ILR holders residence permits on the basis of 5 years or 10 years legally accrued stay. However just wondering if anyone has been successful with their application and would be willing to share their experience. Thank you
