Fear of death

Does anyone have the fear of death? I find myself having frequent panic attacks over it and can't find a way to think of the topic in a positive light. Please give some tips
Don’t fear death, fear living. Death is the pride, it’s inevitable. Fear pain but not the dying
The philosopher Epicurus argued that it was silly to be afraid of death because no one is afraid of not being born. You don’t worry what it was like before your birth so why should you worry about what happens after you die. Epicurus wrote on his grave ‘I was not. I have been. I am not. I do not mind.’

You could also look at it from the perspective that your death is not something that happens to you. You won’t be around in the aftermath, you won’t process the event and you won’t be able to feel sad about it afterwards.

Death arguably makes life meaningful. It drives humans to work hard and create in the relatively short time they have on Earth.
