Why would my ex GF tell me this?

We’ve only just recently started talking again, and it turns out she has a boyfriend. Despite this, she got angry with me once and told me “You drive me nuts. I think about you far too much and often when I’m with my boyfriend. It’s just not fair on him, but I can’t help it”.

What should I do?

What’s happening?
Wtf she’s clearly stuck on you or want your attention. Bruh just let it flow don’t do anything that’ll start something unless you both like each other strongly. However you have to understand if you like her you have to think about her boyfriend. Honestly why would she say that, she’s angry at you but thinks about you and then says it not fair on him when it’s her doing - why can’t she stop herself from thinking about it?
