Functional skills maths level2

This is a weird situation, I was put forward to study level 1 maths with bksb as with them I came up good with money and data handling. I was able to use a calculator. I struggled a bit as I have a learning problem more relating to maths . I passed the exam.

As I struggled I thought I would go to the college for level 2 I failed their level 2 assessment not wanting to give up I tried doing the same with Lancashire adult learning there I couldn't use a calculator. This was awful as I'd forgotten everything from school I struggle to retain maths information.

The tutor said God knows how you passed level1 as you are coming out at entry level 2 . They only have 6 weeks to see if I can get up to level 2 standard.

Im willing to work hard am I best practicing pass test papers?

bksb is like the most inaccurate ever trust me. But am going to assume you want to do a level 2 function skills maths test to get the certificate. Just show them that you got a level 1 certificate and am sure they will let you on to a level 2. But yes it better to practice on paper.
