In English Lang SPAG (Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar) is key
Make sure whatever you're writing is clear and concise
Form and structure is key, make sure your argument leads to something
Look at examiner reports to know what the high achievers did to get their marks, and what to avoid
Also, look at model student answers feel free to magpie their ideas
Mr Bruff is an absolute gem I 100% recommend you watch him before the exam
Make show you know your methods, such as metaphor, oxymoron, semantic field etc. If you can look up Alevel techniques I used this in my exam and got an A, but make sure you understand all the GCSE methods first
Last but certainly not least...RELAX, you cant complete a good exam if you are not well-rested, Good luck!!!!
