I've been looking for postgraduate courses and have become confused because I love molecular biology and am wanting to look at antibiotic resistance mechanisms, but I am not sure whether to apply for a masters in strictly molecular (& cell) biology [MRes] or apply for a Msc in microbiology...

I think i'm having difficulty because molecular courses have aspects of focusing on eukaryotic organisms and in microbiology courses, they delve too deep into clinical & diagnostic microbiology, but I am looking for either a genetic/enzyme background to the course.
