Currently, I'm doing level 2 apprenticeship and next year I'll be doing level 3 IT apprenticeship completing that Can I go for a Bsc course in Digital and technology??

Here's an example - https://www.coventry.ac.uk/cuc/cours...al-technology/
Just look at the entry requirements, there are lots of degrees that will accept you on a level 3. They will typically require 2 a levels or equivalent (which a level 3 apprenticeship will give you) or 64+ ucas points (this one requires 104 ucas points which is still feasible).
