Hello, I've just started a BSc Geography degree and one of the first modules is 'Coastal and River Hydrology and Geomorphology'. The issue is that I didn't do coasts or rivers for A-level and only remember bits of the GCSE coasts topic. The degree textbooks are very advanced and I'm very confused. Can anyone recommend any reading/textbooks so that I can get my head around the basic fundamentals of the course? Is it worth speaking to my lecturer about it?
