Enzymes are
= Biological Catalyst
that speed up chemical reactions in

increases. Enzymes have a small part called the

site where certain molecules can bind to the

and key model. The shape of the active site is changed by

Is the whole sentence supposed to be: the shape of the active site is changed by ____ the enzyme above a certain temperature.

If so, this doesn't seem to make sense... Are you sure you aren't missing anything?

edit: The shape of the active site can be changed by a change in pH, and this may be what the question is referring to.

Enzymes provide activation energy for the reactions they catalyze.
