Recently I haven't been eating very healthy. Instead of eating proper meals I would eat snacks. Inorder to help improve my diet I thought I would make a thread keeping track of what I eat.

There are apps like MyFitnessPal that you might find useful , they can also count calories , carbs, fat etc and make recommendations on how much of each you should eat depending on your goals (weight loss/gain/maintenance)

Day 1

Breakfast:2 slices of toast with peanut butter and banana slices and a cup of oolong tea (loose leaf)
Snack:2 Dates
Lunch:coconut milk blueberry smoothie with flax seeds and a chocolate pistachio cup cake (not very healthy)
Dinner:Tofu with rice noodles and peanut sauce and broccoli and 2 cups of red Bush tea each with half a teaspoon of sugar
Snack before bed:toast with fig jam and a cup of herbal tea (I ended up not drinking the herbal tea as someone mixed the teabags and it was black tea that brewed instead)

Day 2

Breakfast:Blueberry, banana, flaxseed and coconut milk smoothie and 2 toast with blueberry jam.Along with 1 cup of red bush tea.
Lunch: Hippeas chips and a vanilla latte with almond milk along with a handful of cashews (not the healthiest lunch)
Dinner: Yesterday's leftover's from dinner and a cup of red bush tea.

Day 3

Breakfast:2 toast with blueberry jam, banana, red bush tea with a teaspoon of sugar and an almond milk matcha latte with sugar.
Snack:Blueberries
Dinner:Pesto pasta with kale and mushroom
Snack: Hippeas crisps (not a good decision) :s-smilie:
Supper:coconut milk porridge with banana, chia seeds and coconut shavings

I haven't had porridge in a while.I haven't enjoyed it that much.

Day 4

Breakfast:banana,flaxseed,macha and coconut milk smoothies+2 toast with blueberry jam
Dinner:Yesterday's dinner leftovers
Supper:wild rice, cranberry,pomegranate,carrot salad with lemon dressing
Snacks:a few biscuits with raisins and hippies crisps.
